I’m LOVING this Jamie Eason program already. I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the week 1 leg workout so I’m hoping that as the week’s progress it gets better. I have no doubts that it will.
My plan was to wake up this morning and do the Day 4 strength training and for whatever reason I just could not wake up this morning so I’ll do it tomorrow. The program shows a few days of rest and since I didn’t start the program on the beginning of my week (and clearly my body needed another day of rest), this week will just be a bit weird. I have all intentions of sticking to this program and I can’t wait for the strength training sessions to get harder.
…yes I know I’m weird.
