Fitness Friday

I promise I didn’t forget to post (it’s a long story)…This week was a bit of a struggle.  It started out with an amazing (and beautiful) hike in Malibu to celebrate a friends birthday but ended with me feeling crankier than I’d like to admit.  Thankfully, I’ve been bringing yoga back into my life – even a 20 minute YogaDownload podcast can help bring me back to a “normal” state of being.

Speaking of yoga, I’d like to commit to doing yoga (even just 20 mins) at least 2x a week in the month of March.  It adds so much to my life and clears my head, there’s really no reason NOT to do it.  And 20 minutes is something I can find time for in my busy schedule.  And if it just so happens I find time to do it 3, 4 or even 5 days/week, all the better.

This week also marks then end of Week 7 of the LiveFit program.  There’s just one more week left of Phase 2 and I’m in the home stretch of the LiveFit program.  It’s kind of exciting!
