Phase 3 is kicking my butt. I’m not sure if it’s because I lost my momentum after my ankle and getting sick but it’s been a major challenge. Phase 3 is no joke!
I’ve found that one of the best ways I can get through it, is to split up my workouts. It’s hard to find enough time to complete an approximately 90 minute workout some days so I’ll divide it up into two days. With that, I have changed up the workouts a bit to make the non-cardio days to be more superset based and more circuit-like. I’m sure I’m not yielding the same results but when my body is up for handling the whole thing at one time, then I will. But when it’s asking for rest, I’m going to give it rest.
There was only 1 day of yoga this week. Bad Katie… It’s okay, you can hit my hand. And while I shouldn’t make excuses, I do think this week’s move is a pretty good one. I’m someone who is stressed when I feel like my life is in disarray and boxes all over my apartment is enough to make me feel disoriented. Thankfully, I finished unpacking them last night and got art work on the walls. It feels like home and I love it.
