My body is tired. I had all intention of getting up to run this morning and when it came down to my alarm, it just wasn’t going to happen. I had a change of plans and decided a slow yoga flow to stretch things out was probably just what I needed. Then I fell back asleep. Sometimes your body just needs rest. Sometimes your body just need sleep. Give it what it’s asking for and what it needs. It’s more likely to be on your side when you do.
Saturday and Sunday’s workouts were at the Blend Retreat and some real butt kickers. Literally, I still feel it in my bum.
This upcoming Monday starts the FitMixer bootcamp. They’ve started sending more info and I think all of us that signed up are now realizing what we signed up for. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun but it’s definitely going to be a challenge as well!
